The new updated model of the VacMate has had a name change to Aero. New, improved features for the Aero include an upgraded motor to 1450w and filtered side vents to dissipate exhaust air flow and lower noise levels.

High in performance but lightweight for comfort, only 4.1 kg. The colour of the Aero is a modern silver and black but the dependability and reliability of the VacMate has not changed.
In the accessories pack that comes with the Aero back pack vacuum cleaner there is a new multipurpose, low profile floor tool designed for better suction and quieter, "don't fall off" wheels. For user comfort lambswool pads have been included for the shoulder harness.

The vacuum cleaner comes with a telescopic wand, improved floor tool, dusting brush, upholstery , crevice tool and a crush proof hose. The Turbo Filter fitted to the wand in the image is an accessory and can be found in accessories and does not come with the back pack tool kit.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Cleantech backpack vacuum cleaners are the most fully featured backvacs you can buy. All models are fitted with industrial strength vacuum motors with thermal overload protection to ensure that you get the carefree, long life service you expect.

The 15 metre extra long power cable is detachable and may be easily replaced if it is damaged. A uniquely designed cable restraint secures the power cable to the machine.

If you want to use a power brush, you can plug it directly into the auxiliary power outlet on the machine. The power brush will then start when you switch on the backvac.

COMFORT

The Cleantech backvacs have been carefully designed in co-operation with cleaning professionals and workplace ergonomists to give you backpack vacuum cleaners that are both very effective and outstandingly comfortable. They are very light, weighing in at only 4.1 kilograms.

The ergonomic, ventilated moulded back support and fully adjustable waist harness position the machine so it sits comfortably on your hips without interfering with your freedom of movement.

The shoulder straps are flexible so that they stretch easily for extra comfort.

The backvacs are suitable for both left and right handed operation.

DUST FILTRATION

Cleantech back packs have a four-stage filtration system to give you one of the highest levels of dust retention. If you use the optional HEPA allergy filter, you can capture in excess of 99.99% of dust particles.


Great news for allergy sufferers and for the special cleaning applications demanded in hospitals and sensitive computer installations.

Each machine comes with a re-usable cloth dust bag that is large enough for serious cleaning.

As well, all Cleantech back packs may be fitted with paper dust bags that enclose the captured dust so that you can dispose of them with the least mess.

Disposable sealed paper dust bags are available and together with the re-usable cloth dust bag give optimum dust retention.

Accessories include a crush proof hose, a pistol grip with air regulator, a telescopic wand and easy-glide floor tool. Dusting brush, upholstery tool and crevice tool are supplied as standard.
