Shipping & Returns



SHIPPING CHARGES

Time For Cleaning Products will deliver orders over $165.00, GST included, free of charge within the Sydney metro area which is considered to be the area enclosed by an imaginary line starting at Mona Vale to Hornsby out to Penrith over to Liverpool and back out to Cronulla. For orders within this area, under $165.00 GST included, there will be an administration, handling, and delivery charge of $20.00 GST included, added to the invoice.

For orders outside the stated Sydney metro area a delivery charge may apply depending on the dollar value of the order. Please contact the staff at TFCP for clarification.

Freight charges to country area will be quoted and added to the invoice.

CARRIERS

TFCP uses various methods to deliver goods, our delivery van, postal service, and road freight. If you have your own carrying company that you use please inform TFCP with the name and account number of the carrier and we will arrange for pick up by them.

Please note that Australia Post will not accept dangerous goods, liquid, aerosols, and has size limitations. Time For Cleaning Products would also like to state that we have a policy of not shipping dangerous goods outside the Sydney metro area as the cost of doing so may be excessive, but if you use a freight company that will deliver to you we can arrange for them to do a pick up.

TFCP does not profit from freight charges and we will endeavour to find the most economical freight charge to your location but if you have a preferred carrier please inform us before shipping.

Shipment to a P.O. Box can only be made by prior arrangement.

BACK ORDER ITEMS

Back order items will be delivered/shipped without any additional charge. The customer may request that the order be shipped complete. If products are complimentary (they need each other to be able to do the job), TFCP reserves the right to ship complete.

Normal turn around is two working days from time of order depending on availability.

If there is a foreseeable delay the staff at TFCP will contact you and discuss your options.

Arrival at destination depends on carrier and location.

URGENCY

Time For Cleaning Products handles every order with high priority. The staff at TFCP understand the simple fact that you, the customer, needs his supplies.

RETURNS POLICY

Time For Cleaning Products needs to be notified within 7 days that there is a problem with a product. The item needs to be in original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect for return. Before goods are returned TFCP needs to be notified that a return is required and a return authorisation number will be issued. Contact TFCP for help either by phone, fax, or email admin@tfcp.com.au

A restocking and handling fee of 15 % may apply and will be deducted from your credit. Original cost of handling and shipping is not refundable nor will it be credited unless the error was created by TFCP.

For example: the customer orders 1 ctn/1000 vinyl gloves MEDIUM, upon receipt of goods discovers he needs LARGE.

This is not a TFCP error: return and restocking policy applies.

On the other hand the customer orders LARGE and TFCP ships SMALL. This is TFCP error an all means will be taken to correct the mistake without additional cost to the customer.

The management at Time For Cleaning Products believes in fairness and at the same time expects responsibility to be exercised by both parties.
